To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email support@zetitan.com or use our Contact Us page to request a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues With Your Product
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
